My prize code doesn't work.

Be sure you're using your "prize" code and not your PCH Search & Win "claim" code when trying to redeem your prize. It also helps to "copy & paste" the code rather than type it in. To get your "prize" code you need to enter your "claim" code  here:  Prize Status
